How fit is the platform for my business and my customers?
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines) is in its way to achieving its goal of transitioning the Philippines from a cash-heavy to a cash-lite society and their goal of having a 50% share of digital payments from among the total payments of the country by 2023. BSP's press release stated that the Philippines has already achieved the 53% digital payments share surpassing their 50% target in 2023. With this, businesses need to ride with this change with a cost-efficient solution.
For our large business clients who want a branded payments application and has the technical capability to build it in-house but does not want to go through the trouble of filing for a payments license from Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines), we cover the license requirement for them to operate the branded payments application.
For our Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise clients who want a branded payments app instead of investing in a Point of Sale (POS) and payment terminals, but do not have both the technical capability and the payment license, we provide them a whole suite of expertise and the license to operate through our platform.

How different is the platform from other digital payments and e-wallet providers?
In terms of the mobile payments application, functionality and features wise, there are no notable differences except that the mobile application is branded to our business clients and not to the e-wallet provider which allows them to advertise their brands and own their customers' data which is critical in driving their business strategy forward.
Unlike other digital payments provider (payment gateways) that just provide the means to pay and e-wallet providers that offer whole suite of financial services, our platform provides our business clients the access to management systems each for wallet and loyalty to view, monitor, track, download customer transaction and their activity in the branded-mobile payment application. These management systems also allow our business clients to generate unique QRs for their branches, stations, or satellite offices and enroll their own merchants or billers. There are also other revenue generating features of our management systems that our business clients can utilize.

How cheap is the platform pricing?
Unlike customized software applications that are usually built in-house for a specific client and their needs, our platform is a Software-as-a-Service (Saas) that provides standard, preset functios and features similar to MS Office, Zoom or Google Suite. We leverage on these common software application needs across business clients to share the cost of our development which enables us to provide a cost-efficient pricing. x

How long is the contract term?
We provide a medium-term engagement period of three years enough for our business clients to reap the benefits of their transition to a branded-mobile payment application that costs less but just as effective as the other go-to options (POS, terminals, other e-wallets). Our contract allows for a yearly automatic renewal removing the burden of monitoring the contract expiration.

How is the platform maintained and will I be charged every time for application update?
The platform is managed by seasoned information technology professionals and maintained purely in cloud. Our packaged software applications include automatic updates or upgrades that are pushed out to the end-users or to our business clients for free with no to little business disruption. Unlike in-house customized software development, our platform does not require any maintenance or tuning on the part of our business clients.

Who owns the transaction and personal data of my customers?
Our business clients own their and their customers' data and is specifically provisioned in our service agreement with them. We only processe customer data based on our contractual agreement and only on the basis of performing our obligations under the contract. These customer data are accessible for viewing, monitoring, data mining and download of our business clients anytime through our dashboards (wallet and loyalty). We also adhere to the provisions of the Data Privacy Act or Republic Act 10173 of the Philippines (see our Data Privacy seal / keyhole in our Privacy Policy Page).

If there are concerns or issues on the platform, who will perform the troubleshooting?
Our platform is packaged with basic service support which can be augmented for an extra fee depending on our business clients need. Escalation of customer concerns and issues on our platform to us shall be handled only by our assigned personnel and shall be resolved in accordance with our standard service level.

Do you provide functional training for the packaged applications--the branded mobile application, the management dashboards?
As a packaged serviced to our business clients, we provide a side by side walkthrough of our applications to our business client personnel before deployment for use and promotion by our business clients to end-customers. This helps ensure that our business clients' journey in transitioning to to their brandd-mobile payment applications application is seamless.

Who maintains the branded-mobile payment application in application marketplaces?
For business clients who have an existing developer account in application marketplaces like Apple and Google, they have the option to use their own developer account in publishing the branded-mobile payment application to these application marketplaces. For those that do not have, we utilize our own developer account in publishing the branded-mobile payment application. We maintain the branded-mobile payment application published in these application marketplaces including updates or upgrades necessary to comply with their requirements.

Who markets for the use of the branded-mobile payment application to end-customers?
Since the end-customers are technically our business clients', the marketing and promotion for awareness and use of the branded-mobile payment application is with our business clients. We may provide recommendations to our business clients in running their own marketing and promotion campaign to their end-customers.
